Hours: 8.30am – 3.15pm (30-minute lunch break)
Salary: Bucks Pay Scale £24,836 – £28,742 (Range 1–2 depending on experience)

About the Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children’s learning and development across the school. You will:

  • Support the class teacher and wider year group team
  • Deliver learning and numeracy support within the classroom
  • Monitor and encourage pupils’ engagement and progress
  • Build positive relationships with children and colleagues
  • Help create an inclusive and nurturing learning environment
  • Bring enthusiasm, resilience and a solution focused mindset

About You

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Are enthusiastic, caring and motivated
  • Have strong literacy and communication skills
  • Can build positive relationships with children and adults
  • Are committed starting their teacher training within 12 months
  • Hold GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4/C or above

Previous school experience is welcomed but not essential as we can provide training for the right candidate.
