Salary: Bucks Pay Scale £24,836 – £28,742 (Range 1–2 depending on experience)

About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children’s learning and development across the school. You will:
- Support the class teacher and wider year group team
- Deliver learning and numeracy support within the classroom
- Monitor and encourage pupils’ engagement and progress
- Build positive relationships with children and colleagues
- Help create an inclusive and nurturing learning environment
- Bring enthusiasm, resilience and a solution focused mindset

About You
We are looking for candidates who:
- Are enthusiastic, caring and motivated
- Have strong literacy and communication skills
- Can build positive relationships with children and adults
- Are committed starting their teacher training within 12 months
- Hold GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4/C or above
Previous school experience is welcomed but not essential as we can provide training for the right candidate.

Class Teacher
